The Narrow Vent duct converts a 4in, 5in or 6in standard hvac hose to the outside under your existing garage door or window by creating a flat bottom and spreading a circle airflow into a longer narrow wedge of air.
IMPORTANT: If purchasing for a Portable AC Unit, and the unit states a 5.9″ hose size, we have an option for a 5.9″ Hose during checkout.
All versions come standard for a 6″ ID (Inner Diameter) hvac hose. The Vent is built in a modular configuration to allow for growth/changes.

We also have the option for EcoFlow Hose Adapters (Ends) for quick disconnect of the Ecoflow Wave Units. Includes both the 5″ & 6″ ends.
MATERIAL TYPE
Our Vents are made of ASA material which handles the high temps of portable AC units and the demanding temps of Texas & Vegas!
Measures 10.5″ in width (Extended Version measures 21″ in width)
1.5″ Tall in the front to align with a 2×4 for thickness.

You can also mix/match the wings to create a half size in width if needed. It’s a very modular system for many uses.
Tip: Most garage doors have a disconnect from the motor which allows free motion by hand. For Temp installs, this will make closing the garage door on the boards/ducting easier. If more of a permeant install, keeping the motor engaged will help prevent easy outside lifting of the door.
This Vent is designed to be used with a standard 2×4 board from your local lumber yard such as Lowes or Home Depot when used under a garage door. This helps prevent the weight of a heavy garage door from putting too much pressure on the vent.

Duel Hose Splitter
If you have a Duel Oval Shaped Hose on your portable ac unit, we sell an adapter that may help you split the connection into 2 – 5.9″ hoses.
You will only be receiving the bracket/adapter. You will not receive the Duel Hose. You’ll also need a second 5.9″ hvac hose to finish the connection.
If you are running both intake & output outside, you’ll need two of our Under Garage Door Narrow Vent Adapters.

This Mount/Bracket allows you to quickly convert your Duel Hose into 2 separate 5.9in Portable AC Hoses. This allows you to use vents such as our Under Garage or Under Window Adapters.
This Adapter simply snaps into your Duel Hose, using one side for the existing 5.9″ exhaust hose, and you’ll need to provide your own 5.9″ hvac hose. This 5.9″ Portable Air Conditioner Exhaust Hose works well from Amazon.
