onstructed, looks great, and fits the existing SR800 chaff collector really well. If, as I do, you want to roast 8 ounces of Ethiopia or other dry processed beans that have a large amount of chaff, this extension is not only nice to have, it is essential. It easily holds all the chaff created, with no more undesirable lifting of the collector lid with chaff escaping during the roast. I found no beans in the chaff after the roast, and very little chaff dropped from the collector when it was removed from the roasting chamber. oes into designing these products and that's what you're paying for. It would be nice if there was a wider option for the bracket. A wider bracket would feel more sturdy and accommodate larger accessories.
