During Checkout, you’ll have the option to add Shipping or Product Insurance to your order.

Most shipping services such as USPS, UPS, FedEx include basic insurance in their deliveries, however the process to redeem a claim can take up to a couple months, and the time for a package to be considered lost can take be a month before the process even begins.

99% of our shipped packages have no issues, and go very smooth, however we do have customers who want packages quickly, and fast resolutions to any shipping problems.

We have 3 levels of optional Shipping Insurance Protection offered. Insurance can not be added after the time of checkout.

If Shipping Insurance is removed/not purchased then our Sites Terms apply to your shipment. Site Terms still apply to any scenarios outside of listed shipping protections below.

MAX of 1 Shipping & 1 Product Replacement Claim per Order Number up to the value of the Total Order Value.
Example: If you have a shipping claim for a product damaged during shipping, then the replaced produce fails within the time frame of the stated warranty, a second replacement can be sent within the purchased insurance packaged policy time frame.
*if a replacement product is sent, your warranty period resets when you receive the replacement product.

With all Packages *Shipping Insurance is not Refundable.

Any Shipping Insurance package expires within 3 business days of Packages showing delivered by the Carrier. If a claim is made after the 3 business days for shipping issues, the claim will be denied.

Basic

  • Covers packages lost or damaged until delivered by carrier.

    Once the carrier marks delivered, shipping insurance is no longer in effect 3 days after this date.

  • If package tracking has not moved within 15 business days, the package will be considered lost and refunded.
  • Only 1 replacement will be sent per order.
  • Damaged products will be replaced, including shipping, at our expense. Must be reported within 3 days and photos must be provided.
  • 1 Month Product Warranty. If your product breaks or has a defect within 1 month, let us know and we’ll replace it.
  • Only the product purchase price will be refunded if returned. Shipping cost is not refunded. A restocking Fee still applies.

Standard

  • Everything in Basic +
  • No restocking fees.

    If you choose to return your item within the 30 day return period, no restocking fee applies as long as the product is new (unused). You are required to pay for return shipping.

  • If package tracking has not moved within 10 business days, the package will be considered lost and refunded or replaced.
  • Only 1 replacement will be sent per order.
  • Package missing after tracking shows delivered.

    If you can’t find your package within 3 business days after tracking shows delivered, we’ll send you a replacement @ basic shipping speed.

  • Only 1 replacement will be sent per order.
  • 2 Month Product Warranty. If your product breaks or has a defect within 2 months, let us know and we’ll replace it.
  • Shipping cost refunded.

    If a refund is given per the limitations within Basic or Standard, then standard basic shipping speed (Free,Ground) cost is also refunded.

    Excluding UPS Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day, and Air services.

Premium

  • Everything in Standard +
  • Priority Processing. We put you at the front of the line for processing your order. It can still take a few days to get your item out if we are slammed with orders or just getting back from vacation, but we’ll do our best to make you a priority.
  • No restocking, canceled, or return shipping fees.

    We cover restocking, cancellation, and return shipping of the item back to us if you decide to return it within 30 days or cancel before the product ships. The product(s) must be in new unused condition.

  • If package tracking has not moved within 7 business days, the package will be considered lost and refunded or replaced.
  • Only 1 replacement will be sent per order.
  • If UPS Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day, or Air is selected, we guarantee within 2 business days of the stated service time once the carrier has received the package. This does not include processing time.
  • Stolen package after delivery. Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Police report is required.
  • Covers mistyped or wrong shipping address entered during checkout. We’ll replace the item and send it to your correct shipping address using Basic Shipping service.
  • 3 Month Product Warranty. If your product breaks or has a defect within 3 months, let us know and we’ll replace it.
  • Full product and shipping price fully refunded. Includes all shipping services refunded if your package is lost or stolen. Damaged Product will be replaced with basic shipping. Original shipping is not refunded for a returned product. If the product is used (not new), up to a 50% product fee may still apply.
