WHAT TYPE OF PLASTIC IS USED IN YOUR PRODUCTS?
We only print with PETG due to it’s strength, reef safe qualities and resistance to prolonged use under UV lighting. Some Products use TPU for flexibility, but not used within saltwater applications.

ARE YOUR MAGNETS SEALED FOR SALT WATER?
Magnets and saltwater is a tough combination. Our Magnets are epoxy coated as a first layer of defense. We then encase our magnets within our 3D prints with solid infill, then glue everything together with 100% reef safe silicone as an extra layer of protection. We find this combination does a great job of keeping the saltwater away from our Magnets.

WHAT COLORS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer Black | White | Neon Green | Navy Blue | Cherry Red | Orange

We purchase Black & White in large bulk and pass those savings to you. So you’ll notice many of our products are a bit more if not purchased in the standard black or white.

WHAT TYPE OF HARDWARE (NUTS/BOLTS) DO YOU USE FOR ASSEMBLY OF PARTS?
We only use Stainless Steel screws/bolts for any type of part which requires fasteners. If we are able, we prefer to print our own bolts out of PETG as metal and saltwater is a tough combination.

DO YOU PROVIDE THE STL OR DIGITAL FILES?
We are a business and have worked hard to custom design everything you see on our site. We strive to help reefers find solutions to their hardware challenges and every part requires much R&D (Research & Development). For that reason we do not sell or share our files. We simply ask for a fair price for the products we help create.

DO YOU PROVIDE SPECIAL PRICING FOR BULK ORDERS?
If you are going to order more than 10 of any like item, please reach out to us to see what we can do for you. We’ll often times save in shipping cost sending to one location, and can help lesson the cost for you.

How do I measure or get you the info needed to create my custom part?
We have instructions here.

What Colors of Acrylic do you offer?
