WHAT TYPE OF PLASTIC IS USED IN YOUR PRODUCTS?
We mostly print with PETG due to it’s strength, reef safe qualities and resistance to prolonged use under UV lighting. We also print in ASA, TPU for flexibility or an engineering grade Nylon when extreme strength or high heat abilities are needed.

ARE YOUR MAGNETS SEALED FOR SALT WATER?
Magnets and saltwater is a tough combination. Our Magnets are epoxy coated as a first layer of defense. We then encase our magnets within our 3D prints with solid infill, then glue everything together with 100% reef safe silicone as an extra layer of protection. We find this combination does a great job of keeping the saltwater away from our Magnets.

WHAT COLORS DO YOU OFFER?
At this time, we only print in Black, with a few items in White.

WHAT TYPE OF HARDWARE (NUTS/BOLTS) DO YOU USE FOR ASSEMBLY OF PARTS?
We only use Stainless Steel screws/bolts for any type of part which requires fasteners. If we are able, we prefer to print our own bolts out of PETG or Nylon.

DO YOU PROVIDE THE STL OR DIGITAL FILES?
We are a business and have worked hard to custom design everything you see on our site. We strive to help others find solutions to their hardware challenges and every part requires much R&D (Research & Development). For that reason we do not sell or share most of our digital files. We are starting to offer some digital stl’s however in our Digital STL Section of our shop, once we feel we have recouped our initial R&D investment for that item.

DO YOU PROVIDE SPECIAL PRICING FOR BULK ORDERS?
If you are going to order more than 10 of any like item, please reach out to us to see what we can do for you. Our website does provide a discount for purchasing multiple products at once for smaller quantities. We are unable to provide bulk discounts after the time of sale.

We do offer direct shipping to a few countries such as Canada & Australia, however we’ve had several customers having good success using MyUS.com
