Have an amazing workspace, extra garage or HOA Rules you have to work around, and needing a way to vent your laser, portable ac or other appliances to the outside without drilling a massive hole in the wall?
This duct converts a 4in, 5in or 6in standard hvac hose to the outside under your existing garage door or window by creating a flat bottom and spreading a circle airflow into a longer narrow wedge of air.
IMPORTANT: If purchasing for a Portable AC Unit, and the unit states a 5.9″ hose size, we have an option for a 5.9″ Hose during checkout.
All versions come standard for a 6″ ID (Inner Diameter) hvac hose. When you choose a 4 or 5″ version, we include an adapter giving you the option to change hose sizes at a later time. Everything is built in a modular configuration to allow for growth/changes.

- Our Base/Cheapest Material option is PETG which is high UV Resistance for outdoor use, and can withstand temps up to 150F. Great general all around material. Our most popular due to price!
- The next option up is our ASA material which has exceptional outdoor UV resistance for full sun resistance and can withstand up to 220F. Perfect if being used outside in the full Texas or Florida Sun!
- Our strongest and most durable material is our NYLON which can withstand up to 350F. This is our High Temp King!

Works well for a temporary or permanent installation.
Ducting can be spray painted to match trim for a more discrete look.
Measures 10.5″ in width (Extended Version measures 21″ in width)
1.5″ Tall in the front to align with a 2×4 for thickness.

You can also mix/match the wings to create a half size in width if needed. It’s a very modular system for many uses.
Tip: Most garage doors have a disconnect from the motor which allows free motion by hand. For Temp installs, this will make closing the garage door on the boards/ducting easier. If more of a permeant install, keeping the motor engaged will help prevent easy outside lifting of the door.

Better than I would have thought
Absolutely genius. This under garage door vent solved a huge problem I had. It instantly allowed me to be able to use a portable AC in my garage with no hassle, no hole drilling, very simple helping to regulate the temperature in my garage. Incredibly simple and effective.
This is a super niche product. I think my only choice would’ve been buying from you or trying to get someone to print something like it for me. Very glad I chose to get it from you.
