I had a small power brick that I needed to mount in an electrical box. This worked perfectly. The Velcro strap allowed me to wind up the extra wire.
Used these power supply mounts to attach my power supplies to the bottom of my desk to get them out of the way. They fit both large and small power bricks 65W – 170W. Design made them easy to install. Happy to have more desk space!
Good reason to own a 3D printer.
Pros:
° chamfered screw holes (better option than countersunk)
° came with extra long strap
Cons:
° Size was disappointing
° average 3D print quality – feels overpriced
My biggest complaint would be nobody makes these in any sort of volume. If these were injection molded they’d be cheap as heck and not feel/look like they might fail. I was only using this for a small power brick for a USB hub and this mount was almost two small. I don’t think it would fit a regular Dell laptop charger because the brick would be too wide. As such, these guys are essentially providing a niche product for a limited market so you end up paying for it.
These are better off being used for cable management imo.
I had some concerns the layer lines would be a weak point where the strap buckles in.
It worked for the purpose I needed it and the rest found use in cable management so at least it wasn’t a waste of money.
