    If you have a link from Thingiverse, MakerWorld, Printables, you can provide the link in the Notes section during checkout and we’ll download and print the file per the specifications of the makers instructions. If there are any questions, we’ll print with our best judgement from printing experience and based on the answers you provided in the product checkout.

    Please make sure to include any other details you think may be important such as product intended use, etc. as that affects how strong we make the print.

    PETG Plastic works great for the Sun’s UV & High temps outdoors or indoors. TPU is basically indestructible and great for drones, any flexible application.

    If we do not have a color in stock, it will take us a few extra days to get that color in. We’ll notify you if there will be a few days delay.

    Please Note that there are no returns for custom prints as we are unable to test the actual use of the product, and are going purely based on what the maker stated in their listing, or instructions you provide to us. We provide no warranty of any kind for Print on Demand prints that we did not design/test ourselves.

    We print using multicolor FDM printers. We do not print in resin. For this reason, were best suited for functional parts and not so much fine detailed characters, etc.
