Have an amazing workspace, extra garage or HOA Rules you have to work around, and needing a way to vent your laser, portable ac or other appliances to the outside without drilling a massive hole in the wall?

This duct converts a 4in, 5in or 6in standard hvac hose to the outside under your existing garage door or window by creating a flat bottom and spreading a circle airflow into a longer narrow wedge of air.

2 sizes available.

A 2×4 thickness (1.5″ in height) & a 1×2 thickness (3/4th in in height).

If your ok with a little gap at the top of your garage door, or can fill it with towels, or insulation. Then the 2×4 version will give better(more) airflow than the smaller 1×2 version.

However the 1×2 version will create less of a gap at the top of your garage door, since the door will only be open 3/4th of an in.

Works well for a temporary or permanent installation with 2 Screw holes to allow attaching to the wooden boards if desired. (Screws are not included, but any #8 wood screw will work).

Ducting can be spray painted to match trim for a more discrete look.

1.5″ Tall in the front to align with a 2×4 for thickness.

Snap on critter filter on the front to help keep out any larger bugs, etc.

Tip: Most garage doors have a disconnect from the motor which allows free motion by hand. For Temp installs, this will make closing the garage door on the boards/ducting easier. If more of a permeant install, keeping the motor engaged will help prevent easy outside lifting of the door.
