Most of our products are made out of PETG which is incredibly durable and handles high temps to approx. 150F.

Occasionally we run into issues where a portable AC unit is placed in a very hot garage with high temps outside. These Portable AC units can produce allot of heat from their exhaust and sometimes will start to warp the PETG material.

For this reason we offer an ASA version of our products which handles higher temps up to 220F and is re-enforced with extra additives to handle these higher temp conditions.

If you plan on using our products with a device which outputs air to hot to hold the exhaust tube, you will need our ASA material version.

If you have not used your product, you can send it back to us for an exchange with a credit of what you paid for your PETG version minus shipping/taxes.

If you have used your product and it’s already warped, you can exchange your product for a 50% pro-rated credit minus shipping/taxes toward the ASA version.

We just ask you contact us within 30 days of your product being delivered and include a photo of the product showing it’s condition before we can issue you a credit coupon.
